Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was wonderful overall. The staff were genuinely welcoming and always greeted us with smiles, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance, although some noise from the street and nearby activities could be bothersome. The rooms were comfortable, but a bit noisy due to their proximity to the restaurant above, which was active late into the night. The breakfast buffet was excellent, but I felt the overall dining experience could use some improvement.
The hotel boasts a fantastic rooftop infinity pool with stunning city views and a stylish modern design. While the rooms are clean and comfortable, they face a busy area which means loud nightlife noise, making it somewhat inconvenient for a restful stay. The staff is incredibly warm and goes out of their way to ensure a pleasant holiday. Overall, this hotel offers great value for the price, especially with its prime location near popular hotspots.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel with a few highlights and low points. The location is pretty central, tucked away in a quieter alley which I appreciated. The staff were friendly, and the rooftop pool offered amazing views. However, I faced some issues with the room odor and noise from neighboring rooms, which were a bit distracting. Overall, it felt like a great value for the experience.
Staying at the Patio Hotel was a delightful experience. The location is fantastic for exploring Phnom Penh, with many landmarks within walking distance. The staff truly made my visit special with their warm hospitality. I loved lounging by the rooftop pool and enjoying the views, but the room could have been a bit more spacious and comfortable for the price. All in all, it was a memorable stay that I would recommend.
We had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were nice and the rooftop restaurant offered stunning views and great breakfast, we faced issues with our room assignment and an unpleasant smell. Fortunately, the rooftop pool was a relaxing spot after a long day exploring the city, and the service was commendable despite the room issues.
